Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

Our inventory management team always strives to ship your order as quickly as possible, so it is not always possible to cancel or change your order before shipping.

Please contact our customer service as soon as possible and we will do our best to process your request.

How do I track my order?

Yes! After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will allow you to follow the progress of your package until it is delivered to your home.

What are the delivery costs?

Shipping costs are calculated based on your address and the amount of your order.

How do I track my order?

Yes! After placing your order, you will receive an email with your tracking number, which will allow you to follow the progress of your package until it is delivered to your home.

What are the delivery times?

Our delivery service is within 3 to 4 working days. However, there may be times when conditions beyond our control cause delays. You can track the delivery status with the code you received after placing your order.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, as well as Scalapay, which allows you to pay in installments.

Return

Can I return my purchases?

Log in to your customer account via this link . Access your orders, select the items to return, choose a reason and request a return online.

  • For orders shipped via Colissimo, the return label will be sent to you after your return request.
  • For Chronopost orders, the return label is already included in your package, but you still need to submit a return request online.

Return costs are covered by Adoré Paris if you use the provided label.You have 14 days from receipt to make a return.

What conditions must be met for a return?

Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with their original tags attached. Items not meeting these conditions will not be refunded.

When will I be reimbursed?

Once your package is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 business days. You will receive a confirmation by email.

What should I do if my product is defective?

Contact our customer service via your account or email to report any issues with a defective item. We will help you resolve the situation quickly.
