Refund policy

At Adoré Paris, we want to offer you a simple and worry-free shopping experience. If a product does not suit you, we have set up an easy and quick return procedure. Follow the steps below to complete your return.

Log in to your account at Adoré

- Log in to your customer account via this link.

- Enter your email address and follow the instructions to log in to your customer account. You will receive a code by email to validate the connection.

- Once logged in, go to the "My orders" section.

- Select the order and the items you wish to return.

- Choose a reason for return from the options provided.

- Click on "Request a return".

Wait for confirmation of your request and the return label

- If your return is validated, you will receive the return label  by email and it will also be available in your customer account, in the "My returns" section.

- Print the return label and insert it in the package with the items.

- If you do not have a printer, write the return number on the initial delivery note attached to your order, then insert this note in the package.

Repackage the products and return your package

- Make sure that the products are returned intact, new and labeled.

- The products can be returned in their original packaging.

- Be sure to include the return note in the package.

- Stick the return label printed on the package and drop it off at a relay point.

Additional Return Information

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.

- Return shipping costs are covered by Adoré Paris for returns made with the label provided.

- Once the package has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 business days.
